A leading Steel Fabrication Company in Sharjah is looking for a DESIGN COORDINATOR For STAINLESS STEEL Fabrication Business

Job Description

· Manage and coordinate the structural/architecture steel design with the team and management.
· Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, construction schedules, and reports.
· Develop conceptual designs and detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
· Creating drawings based on verbal instructions from a project manager or engineer
· Explaining technical concepts to clients during meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, or other team members
· Using computer aided design software to create drawings on drafting boards
· Maintaining detailed records of work performed and materials used in each project
· Creating drawings of architectural designs and sketches of building plans and structures
· Prepare Shop Drawings for fabrication as well as provide the required fixing details

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

· Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Drafter or similar role in a steel fabrication background.
· Co-ordinate with project engineer for supervision like project tracking, for site details, existing condition,

Developing preliminary drawing.

· Knowledge in project completion methods like MIR,WIR, payment certificate will be co-ordinate and raised all documents for handover.
· Should be able to join immediately.
· Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
· Well versed in Autocad 2D / 3D.
· Knowledge in structural calculation is an added advantage.
· Should be able to take on projects with less supervision.
· Good communication in English and knowledge of the Hindi or Urdu language is an added advantage.
· Ability to meet deadlines
