Walk-in Interview for Multiple Positions

[Black Coffee Cafe] is a renowned coffee house located in the vibrant city of Dubai. We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team. If you have a love for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional customer service skills, we invite you to attend our walk-in interview for the following positions:

Supervisor
Waiter
Barista
Bartender
Position Details:

Supervisor:

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth functioning.
Train and supervise staff members, maintaining high service standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management.
Waiter:

Welcome and seat customers, providing menus and taking orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Barista:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages to customers.
Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
Bartender:

Create and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Handle cash transactions and maintain an organized bar area.
Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (for Barista position).
Familiarity with beverage mixing techniques (for Bartender position).
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team (for Supervisor position).
