Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive "Proactive Procurement" vision and influence synergies among divisions/depts.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans.
- Nurture stakeholder relationships by serving as a business partner, helping identify critical business requirements and providing sourcing and procurement services that meet expectations.
- Control the budgetary expenses for each department.
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Examine and test old and new contract

Skills
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent working knowledge of ERP/MRP functions with experience in software implementations
- Advanced Excel Experience and or Qualification
- Demonstrated ability to think and lead on a strategic level within the organization.
- Decision maker, with the ability to get the best from his/her colleagues.
- Strong project/program management experience
- Understanding of IT concepts and integrated business applications
- Professional qualification in procurement (e.g., MCIPS)
- Experience in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamix Preferred)
