Job Description

·        Review the job description as per requirement received from Clients to enable you source the qualified candidates. Relevancy of CVs sourced is one criteria for KPI.

·        Maintain a database of CVs sourced to easily refer them for future requirements.

·        Coordination between Client and candidate about shortlisting, interview, and selection.

·        Coordinating with candidate about required documents and reviewing them for completion and accuracy before handing over for processing.

·        Complying with the requirements of various Embassies about documentation that is needed for recruitment. To be updated with the recent changes in their policies.

Skills

·        Core experience should be in Recruitment, previous experience with any recruitment company will be preferred.

·        Good in Microsoft office, word, excel & outlook.

·        Good communication, correspondence & interpersonal skills.

·        Must be able to do multitasking, hardworking and taking initiatives.

·        Coordinating with the department / projects for various recruitment tasks.
