 Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate

Job Description

Primarily responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and providing advice on contract and agreement issues and disputes.

Work closely with regulators and other legal professionals to ensure that our operations are in compliance with the regulations and that legal risks and exposures are managed effectively.

Responsible for negotiating all commercial contracts, investments and joint ventures, coordination dispute resolution matters and promoting awareness of changes in law and regulation which will impact business operations across the Real Estate entity.

Skills

To be considered for this role, the candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8-10 years’ PQE in relevant areas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external legal counsel. Fluent in Arabic language (strongly preferred)

*Possess knowledge of RERA and DLD regulations

*Expert in legal research and advice on Commercial law

*Possess good exposure in preparing, drafting, negotiating and reviewing various types of contracts and agreements.

*Notable years of experience working in Real Estate, Property Development
