Description

Development, managing, and maintaining our Shopify-based online store, including adding and updating product listings, managing inventory, and processing orders.

  • Experience working with 3rd party services and APIs, specific plugins for Shopify
  • Write optimized product descriptions for SEO, incorporating the best keywords and ensuring that they are compelling and accurate.
  • Work with our marketing team to create and execute promotions, sales, and other marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing our store’s performance.
  • Please provide outstanding customer support via email, phone, and live chat, responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, and share insights and recommendations with the team to improve our online store continuously.
Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in e-commerce and Shopify administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and external partners.
