IT SUPERVISOR NEEDED
responsible for providing leadership, direction, and control over a team of computer and other technical professionals, ensuring the team meets its goals and objectives. An IT Supervisor provides necessary direction to project managers, analysts, and developers for successful project completion

ALSO
responsibilities for this position include:

• Maintain IT policies and procedures for assigned area consistent with Institute policy
• Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
• Develop standard operating procedures and ensure team members follow industry standard ‘best practice’
• Confer with and supervise subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods
• Provide support and guidance to other team members in the Software Development Lifecycle processes such as reviewing, designing and testing
• Performance, scalability, durability, and load testing of Connected Vehicle and Ford Pass consumer solutions
